Interweaving principles of art and design, the architecture is defined by a sculptural form and honest, restrained materials. Embedding naturally in the fabric of its locale, the building provides a contemporary and confident addition to the rich character of Armadale.

Cultivating a rich sensory experience, the open-plan living area attests to the power of abundant light, pure and tactile finishes, and grand proportions. The result is a sanctuary that whilst elegant, feels like home.

Fluted Detail

The island bench has been appointed with a hand sculpted, fluted ceramic. Juxtaposed with the organic, free-flowing nature of the marble, this crafted detail brings cohesion and rhythm to the kitchen palette.

Statuarietto Marble

Sourced from Italy’s finest Carrara quarries, this classic marble finish captures the eye with its intricate grey details. It is at once a durable workbench for cooking and a captivating focal point for the space.

The art of understated luxury

Walls of glass draw in optimum sunlight whilst exquisitely framing the landscaping – allowing the beauty of nature to breathe life into the space. The kitchen, living and dining areas conjoin seamlessly, flowing all the way out to a large terrace, whilst a separate sitting room affords extra privacy to select residences. Throughout, bespoke joinery embodies Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors signature commitment to craftsmanship – featuring a stone fireplace plinth, custom bar cabinetry and cleverly integrated storage. Founded on robust oak floors, brass accents and refined marble surfaces, the finishes palette is a study in understated elegance.

Expansive, sumptuous and immaculately appointed, the master suite encourages moments of solitude and repose – whether it’s reading in the window nook or enjoying a glass of wine in the freestanding bathtub.

Space to revitalise and unwind

Comprising a palatial bedroom, room-sized walk-in robe and luminous private ensuite, the master suite presents a standard of luxury that is rarely witnessed. The entire space is set against a backdrop of lush vegetation, evoking an instant atmosphere of tranquillity as you enter. Appointed with a bespoke dresser, extensive storage and built-in window seats, the walk-in robe is more than a place to store clothes, but a retreat in and of itself. Bathed in dappled light, the carefully crafted ensuite is a vision of Statuarietto Marble, which adorns the floors, walls and surfaces. This is combined with features of functional sophistication including a free-standing tub, walk-in shower and oversized vanity with integrated storage.
